Okay... Player: NEW Bonney Runway!

I'm not sure we've posted Tabi Bonney's stuff up here yet or not but he's got some new stuff up there that's incredible. The old stuff is one sale too! I've ordered a shirt off there before and you get a free cd with purchase. He says "free gift" so maybe they're different every time. Shirts are like $35 and hoodies are $75.

The front of this hoodie is the same as the other ones, but the back is the coolest to me.

This shirt is FUCKING ILL!

Here's one of the older ones. Only $25.

Check out more at Bonney Runway.

Aquilla Reed Fashion Show October 11th

A good friend of mine has been working hard on starting her own fashion line and is having a fashion show on October 11th at Heaven's Nightclub in Seattle.

It will start between 9 and 10. The exact time will be posted two weeks before the show. That is the final date. Its just over a month away. As of now, there will only be one show. If things go smooth enough, there will most likely be a second at Juno in Tacoma. Its going to display 40 of the outfits that shes made. There will be sleep wear, club fits , ball gowns, wedding gowns, and a casual section. Come out and bring your friends! Hope to see you there! If you have any questions, let me know.

Okay...Player: Caked Out!

Sorry for the delay on the Okay...Player posts folks. I've been working some magic behind the scenes to get some things running. I wanted to get those done before bringing you this Okay...player segment. More on that at the end of the post. For now, check out Caked Out! below:

Yo, I just ordered the purple kool aid man today, and I thought ya'll might like some of the other shit they got poppin so I had to put this up. These are available for sale on Karmaloop.

Now here's what I was talkin about at the top. I got Drop-Bomb an official Rep code. When you order on karmaloop, type: AS24223 in the "rep code" box, and you will get %20 off your purchase total! We had to apply and get approved and it took about a week so I wanted to wait because, someone woulda ordered and then found the %20 off a few days later and been pissed. This can be used on anything on Karmaloop, (so go back and get that Shaq freestyle shirt)

This gets us points in the future and we can in turn have giveaways of dope gear that we will get on there as well as post special offers, promotions and etc...

So order from Karmaloop for 20% off, you can also order on their website and visit their myspace. They said when they reach 40 friends they will have a free shirt giveaway, so add away like your playin mobsters!

Nas Inks Deal With ... FILA!

Fila will offer reciprocal financial support for Nas’ print and TV ad campaign as well as his upcoming tour in support of his untitled album, due July 15 via Def Jam. In return, the MC will wear Fila products and co-create an apparel line that draws from fashions of the late ’80s.

“My best friend Will and I loved Fila,” Nas tells Billboard. “It represented prestige and everything that was cool to us. When Will passed, we buried him in a black Fila sweat suit, so doing a deal with them has a lot of significance for me.”

According to Fila president John Epstein, it was a natural match. “One of my executives spotted Nas shopping in our Manhattan store and struck up a conversation with him,” Epstein says. “Nas isn’t interested in selling out. He’s interested in being true, and that fits with our brand.”

Nostalgia aside, some may view Epstein as brave to co-brand his company with an MC who’s pledged to unpack America’s racial struggles.

“I had some trepidation, and then I started talking to 16- to 20-year-old kids in focus groups,” Epstein says. “They looked at me like I was crazy for not understanding his message of positive change. Nas is relevant to his followers and I don’t have to understand it as long as they do.”

Damn, they sure did get rid of Hurricane Chris REAL FAST! lmao! I remember I had a pair of Fila's in middle school. I thought it was the coolest sneakers ever, but apparently it wasn't the hip thing them days.

Kanye - Dressed Like a Hypebeast

So at a Kanye performance for G-Shock's 25th anniversary, in the middle of everything I am, he spits some new shit he just wrote the day before. Some entertaining moments.

KANYE SAVES THE WORLD. from Bobby Hundreds on Vimeo.

Sadly that's one my favorite songs from Kanye and he never performs it, cuz he'll always fuck up the Mink Coat Cam'ron / Will.i.Am line every time. lol.

Ksubi X Pastelle (Kanye West) Sunglasses

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

According to THIS AUSTRALIAN NEWSPAPER, Kanye is set to release his sunglasses for his fashion label Pastelle, in October of this year. The Range is designed by George Gorrow, Features limited-edition gold frames which will sell for about $2000.

"I love the sunnies Ksubi has produced over the years, and it's an honor to collaborate with them on this first installment of Pastelle frames," West said. "George is an incredibly talented designer, and I've never met anyone who knew more about sunglasses and other cool stuff."

Gorrow met West in Los Angeles over the past year to design the collection. "At our first design session at Kanye's place in LA we spent two days talking and going over shapes," Gorrow said. "He allowed me to push the design but playing on his aesthetic. He's not afraid to try new things, and I guess that is why he is where he is."

I don't know if the Pastelle website is ever gonna be up and running, but you can check every day from now on, as we'll put it in the links section.
