Shout out to Phonte for this one. I was listening to the 1st podcast from the Gordon Gartrell Radio and he starts talking about Eli and this. I couldn't resist looking it up.

This song is called "Bay" is Nelly impersonating and paying homage to some of his favorite Bay Area influences: Spice-1, Too Short, E-40. The beat is made by Droop-E (E-40's son).
