Gordon Gartrell Radio Episode 13
This podcast is my favorite shit. Not just because I'm the LB stan but just because of the hilarity, and the great music. In this episode they discuss Rapper Big Pooh's recent wedding and how to use the word 'bitch' in a positive way.

Gordon Gartrell Radio is BACK!!!! Episode 11
Rumors of their demise are FALSE. I saw phonte on twitter a few days ago sayin that a new episode was coming "real soon" I figured it would be a few weeks. I don't really be fuckin with twitter like that though. I mean sidebar, how many possible ways can I give you a god damn update. If you wanna know what the fuck I had for breakfast, ask me. I dunno. Anyway, New epsiode. Hotness. The Kim & Cookie intro was fucking hilarious!!
Phonte welcomes everybody to the New Year by discussing the Inauguration of Barack Obama, the rigors of rap beef, and his wishes for 2009.

Soulful Sundaes: The Brand New Heavies - Sex God ft. Phonte
I've been on a weird music kick lately. Kinda bored with everything and can't find anything in my itunes. That's when I know I need to buy more music. So since I just got some cash from a quick freelance job. I went and bought some the oddest shit you might ever find in my collection and stepped outside my boundaries. Folks hell hath frozen over I guess. I usually play it safe but I felt adventurous (it helped that this song had the Phontiggalo co-sign) but regardless. I bought some Brand New Heavies, Sy Smith, Citizen Cope (which I've forever slept on because Henry blasted the records all day back in the days, and I had to have my own music) and Muse. I also purchased Tabi Bonney's new album "DOPE" but that's forever in my itunes so that ain't anything new. I also bootlegged Ego Trippin and Happy People/U saved me while I was bored. Thought some of the people that know me might be proud. The rest of ya'll can suck a dick though cuz I know you don't give a shit what I'm about.

I must warn you..if you have to be anywhere in the next 10-15 minutes, DO NOT PLAY THIS SONG.
You WILL repeat it at least once..and that's not an option. It's very very very very very very very very compelling.
It's now been 2 hours, I haven't stopped listening to it yet.

Today. I give you a DELUX edition of Sample of the Week. I remember looking up the soul sample for the Whatever you say record a while ago and decided to use something else eventually I guess. Well, now I started to do the HOJ song that samples whatever you say, I figure I'll throw the song THEY bit in the first place while I'm at it.
