WE'RE MOVING SOON. DON'T PAY US ANY ATTENTION. THIS VERSION OF DROP-BOMB is officially DEAD.

GUESS WHO'S BACK?!
I just told you, fuckhead. It's State of the Artist (Parker, TH & Hyphen8d) letting you know it's anything, but a game. 15 polished tracks, sprinkled with synth, add the funky low end and you've got a sure-fire summer slapfest for all to enjoy. Their 3 distint styles keep you tuned in, against a soundscape that sounds like West Coast funk making love to an Electro colored female, on J.Dilla's couch..."And this is just a mixtape!" So put something in the wind, or something in a cup, turn it up, and enjoy!
You'll have two opportunities to catch the trio this weekend.
Tomorrow at Vera Project w/Knowmad (8pm) and then
Sat 8/1 at Black Lodge w/Thee Satisfaction for a B.Y.O.B after hours jump (11pm-4am)

Termanology - Please Don't Go

New Shit from Jake One featuring MF DOOM!
Jake One - Trap Door

What I look like not putting on my own? Shiiit. If 2dopeboyz don't want him on their west coast mixtape, that means more exclusive joints for me. BOYCOTT!! lol just kidding. They're sleepin tho.
McClarron - Freestyle
*Produced by a guy named DERT. We have no idea who it is. We found his (your?) random beat tape on the internet (the seattle situation), so we swiped it. I'll make a missing persons post for him later with the album cover.
but DERT. If you're out there. Holler if you hear me.

Matt sent this over early in the day but I was caught up and didn't have time to post it until now. I thought some of the other homies would get to it first but I guess not. Common Market is definitely in my opinion THE BEST live performances in Seattle. The fact that I have to miss Rock The Bells (same day as my brothers wedding) and the Fact that CM always tears it up is probably the only reason I'm thinking of getting tickets for Bumbershoot.
They're new album, Tobacco Road comes out September 9th. A MUST cop!
Download: Gol' Dust
Check them out on Myspace as well.

This is the first single off Krohme’s upcoming (self produced) The Beats Released Volume 1: South of Heaven, dropping this October.
Khrome - Goon Opera
Pretty dope lineup (minus Chino Xl Personally) and a funky beat with a Geek Down sample. Kinda reminds me of this:
=!=: Geek Loud
Ya Dig? Check out his myspace for more.

This is kind of an old track (released like January 08) but a lot of people probably don't have it because they were just finding out about blu not too long ago. I've gotten a few requests to put up some other links, so this post is dedicated to the sleepers.
