Blu jumps on a podcast to talk about some of the stuff that inspired him to become involved in hip-hop and the troubles he went through. The first songs he fell in love with, to which cassette singles he first started buying himself to the first time he heard that 'dope girl song' "used to love her". From DMX to Ma$e, Will Smith, and Timbaland & Magoo. It's all here. Great interview.
I can't recall exactly who and where, but I swear, LATELY I've heard quite a few great rappers talk about DMX's first album inspired them. I know Jay-Z said it on the UK interview and Blu talks about it as well. Crazy to think about Earl then and now. Good news though. We are about halfway through this day (pacific time), and DMX has not been arrested.
Congrats Buddy!

I saw this Wal Mart Commercial using "Summertime" for background music, it had a bunch of people bbqin and one little girl was tryna mess with turntables or something. It made my day, I had to blog it but I can't find it ANYWHERE. Someone find it, send to it me. Or Watch the TUBE and record it and upload it.

I Am Legend ALTERNATE ENDING!
A BOMB DROPPED!!!!
So apparently this was ACTUALLY the original ending, and for some reason the film studio didn't agree with the way this fit with the rest of the movie, so they changed it. Biggest Thanks to Slash Film for being the first to happen upon this and bring this gem to the light. I think I like this version better. Anyway ENJOY!
Trust.
