Phonte (Of Little Brother) and Dj Brainchild start a bi-weekly podcast to just talk about whatever is on their mind, and play some records they're diggin. Episode 3 just came out yesterday, but lucky for you, episodes 1 and 2 are also streaming up on the website.
Episode 1: This episode finds Phonte discussing the unintentional comedy of fully-functional retards, and lamenting the death of Hillary Clinton’s dreams.
Episode 2: Phonte expounds on the niggotry of the R. Kelly trial and the homoerotic nature of male-male-female threesomes.
Episode 3: Phonte reflects on Father’s Day by saluting the greatest sitcom daddies of all time*, explaining the difference between a father and a daddy, and by giving the 2008 Ed O.G. “Be A Father To Your Child” Award to a worthy recipient.
Once again, Gordon Gartrell Radio with Phonte of Little Brother and DJ Brainchild. Good stuff.
Talking about fathers taking responsibility and repairing families. Obama addresses the congregation for about 20 minutes at the Apostolic Church of God in Chicago, IL on June 15, 2008.
Back with a whole lotta sample of the day goodness. Someone put together a sample mixtape for Doggystyle. So I'll post that link up for you, and I'll use one for a SOTD.

P.S. Some fun Sample trivia for you. I might have been mistaken when I said that Audio Two's Top Billin had the most samples ever in Hip-Hop. Technically, as far as the beat and the whole thing, it could be. However, in this mixtape, Lyn Collin's "Think (About it)" is the original source of that "WOO! YEAH!" James Brown Sample that pops up in EVERY GOD DAMN SONG. (The Lyn Collins song was written and produced by Mr. Brown) Just for fun, I went and found a list. Check it out HERE.
