Hot Rod ft Mary J Blige - Be Easy

I'm earnin these chips, so this cheese is nachos!

Ladies and Gentlemen. This is produced by the one and only Jake-One with help from MALAY (hot producer out of BELLINGHAM who now resides around Atlanta and New York. Producer for "Somethings Gotta Give", and "Green Light").

But in other news. Why the FUCK IS EVERYBODY ON SOME NACHO CHEESE BULLSHIT! lol. Ya'll are 3 years too late. The shit is played out now.

Story time. For those that ain't know. I first met Mike like 3 years ago almost. He was doin his thing thing in Tac Town (if u ain't used to the aroma, you ain't from Tacoma). By way of "mutual friend" (saaaammme girrlll (c) Usher & Kellz) lol. I came across his myspace page and heard some of his music. At the time, I was working with Henry on Emerald City and we were looking for some hot talent in the area. I heard one song where he said "I like my tacos with nacho cheese but don't touch my money girl that's Not yo Cheese!" among other impressive things. I got in contact with him andddddd then I basically failed to follow up on it.

Now it's like years later and there's been a breakout of huge artists using the same line in different ways. It cracks me up, yet provides me further proof that Mike could easily be in the industry since he's unknowingly ghostwriting for them anyways currently. We just need people to hear him. So do what it do and check out his myspace. And don't forget. New shit on the way. Shouts to H Dilla, Tendo and Wade. Crooked Lake. Emerald City. CHyeaaaaa.

Any excuse to post this AWESOME music video from an AMAZING album.

Also According to Wikipedia:
his music was sampled by Redman (He based his Sooperman Luva saga on Johnny "Guitar" Watson's Superman Lover song),Ice Cube, Eazy-E, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Jay-Z, and Mary J. Blige. He sometimes would enter the studio with rappers, at their request. Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre borrowed P-Funk's adaptation of Watson's catchphrase "Bow Wow Wow yippi-yo yippi-yay" for Snoop's hit "What's My Name."

Jay-Z & Mary J. Blige Interview

Tavis Smiley interviews Jay and Mary. Really good interview. It's different from everything else because Jay-Z talks about work ethic and breaks down steps for everyone to become better. People need this.

Jay-Z & Mary J. Blige - You’re All Welcome

A Music Video (Sort of) for the new track. I'm a little offended though.

If you want to make a behind the scenes of the tour documentary cut to the track for the tour, fine, just don't play it off like it is a music video. The only reason I post it is because it is a nice little behind the scenes thing for the tour that will probably not stop in Seattle (no love).

I'm sure he could give two fucks about what I have to say, but this is my official, step your game up notice to Jay-Z. As soon as he left Def Jam, it feels like he's just phoning it in. First he comes out with a music video from AG without him in it that wasn't even good, then this run of the mill Swizzy track.

What do you guys think? Married life a little too time consuming for Jay or just an off day? Leave a comment and let me know.

"Next she tellin you you're not giving your heart, because you can't find a way to put her before your art. They used to be attracted to rock stars, now all a sudden, she wants you to get a desk job." (c) Blueprint - Liberated
